Surah 18: Selected Verses

1. Warn those who say: Allah hath chosen a son. 18:4
2. They tarried in their Cave three hundred years and add nine. 18:25
3. We have prepared for disbelievers Fire. Its tent encloseth them. If they ask for showers, they will be showered with water like to molten lead which burneth the faces. 18:29
4. Him Who created thee of dust, then of a drop (of seed). 18:37
5. (Remember) when We said unto the angels: Fall prostrate before Adam, and they fell prostrate, all save Iblis. He was of the jinn. 18:50
6. The Day when He will say: Call those partners of Mine whom ye pretended. Then they will cry unto them, but they will not hear their prayer. 18:52
7. The guilty behold the Fire and know that they are about to fall therein, and they find no way of escape thence. 18:53
8. Who doth greater wrong than he who hath been reminded of the revelations of his Lord, yet turneth away from them? 18:57
9. On their hearts We have placed coverings so that they understand not, and in their ears a deafness. 18:57
10. (All) those townships! We destroyed. 18:59
11. When he reached the setting-place of the sun, he found it setting in a muddy spring. 18:86
12. On that day we shall present hell to the disbelievers. 18:100
13. We have prepared hell as a welcome for the disbelievers. 18:102
14. That is their reward: hell, because they disbelieved, and made a jest of Our revelations and Our messengers. 18:106
