According to Isaiah 56, who will God give an everlasting name?

(who please him and keep his sabbaths)

For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant ...
I will give them an everlasting name. Isaiah 56:4-5
