According to Surah 11, what happened to Noah's son?

He drowned in the flood.

Noah cried unto his son - and he was standing aloof - O my son! Come ride with us, and be not with the disbelievers. ... so he was among the drowned. Quran 11:42-43

(In the Bible all three of Noah's sons survive the flood.)
