What river was especially cursed by God in Section 61 of the Doctrine and Covenants?

For I, the Lord, have decreed in mine anger many destructions upon the waters; yea, and especially upon these waters. 61:5

God cursed all waters (rivers, lakes, oceans) in Section 61, but especially "these waters."

Since they were standing on the bank of the Missouri River at the time, that river must be especially cursed by God.

God also decreed that from that time forward, Satan would ride on the Missouri River.

I, the Lord, have decreed, and the destroyer rideth upon the face thereof, and I revoke not the decree. 61:19
