Who, besides Joseph Smith, was given the gift of translation?

Oliver Cowdery

Behold, thou art Oliver ... I grant unto you a gift, if you desire of me, to translate, even as my servant Joseph. 6:20-25

Oliver Cowdery took over the job as Joseph Smith's scribe from Martin Harris, after Harris lost the first 116 Book of Momon manuscript pages.

He was the first person to be baptized into the new Mormon church. (He and Joseph Smith baptized each other.) He was a leader of the church until he left, after accusing Joseph Smith of having sexual relations with a teenage girl (Fanny Alger) who worked as a maid in the Smith household.
