What wicked man was the Lord's servant?

The Lord criticized Joseph Smith for giving the first 116 pages of the Book of Mormon to the "wicked man", Martin Harris.

When thou deliveredst up that which God had given thee sight and power to translate, thou deliveredst up that which was sacred into the hands of a wicked man. 3:12

But Martin Harris was also the Lord's servant.

Behold, I say unto you, that as my servant Martin Harris.... 5:1, 26, 32
